Paula Luff Biography

Paula Luff is Director, International Philanthropy at Pfizer Inc, a research-based global health care company based in New York.

Ms. Luff joined Pfizer in 1994 as Associate Manager, Corporate Philanthropy Programs, in 1995 she was appointed Manager, Corporate Philanthropy Programs, in 1999 she was promoted to Assistant Director, and in 2001 she was named Director. She is responsible for leading the development and implementation of focused giving programs primarily in health care for Pfizer Inc and the Pfizer Foundation outside the US.

Prior to joining Pfizer, Ms. Luff was Director of Foundation Support for CARE, the international relief and development agency, where her responsibilities included managing the Research and Documentation group, and managing administration and staff training for the CARE Foundation. Prior to joining CARE, Ms. Luff was a Research Assistant and Assistant Manager for the Special Programs department of Catholic Relief Services, where she managed grant reporting and special grants programs.

Ms. Luff received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and M.A.s from NYU and the New School University.
